Ms. Leena Guleria, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3-State. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking directions, inter alia, to the effect that respondent/State be directed to eject respondent No.4 from the Government land which stands unauthorizedly used and occupied by him. 3. On a query put to learned Counsel for the petitioner, he informed the Court that the petitioner has no interest adverse to respondent No.4 save and except that he is a public spirited person, who is highlighting an illegality committed by the said respondent as well as his predecessor-in-interest. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:35802 4. This Court is of the considered view that as the petitioner is not approaching the Court for any personal relief, but as a pro bono public interest, he will have to file a Public Interest Litigation. 5. Accordingly, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to espouse his cause by way of a Public Interest Litigation.
