CACP-14-2025 (O&M) p. 2 The grievance before the learned Single Judge, in essence, was that the benefits in terms of order dated 15.01.2025 has also not been extended. 4.
Learned counsel for the appellant makes a statement before the Court that all benefits, in terms of order dated 15.01.2025, with regard to re-determination of pension as well as release of benefits in terms thereof, would be worked out and extended to the respondent within a period of two months from today. He further states that no actual benefit would be granted to the respondent for the service period but his pension will be re- calculated and the difference of pension along with arrears etc. would be paid to him.
5. In view of the statement so made by the learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that he does not intend to press the contempt petition. Liberty otherwise stands reserved to the respondent to challenge the order dated 15.01.2025, if he is so advised.
