JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: i. A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or Order directing to dispose the M.C.No.5023/2017 which is pending before the IV Additional Principal Family Court, Bengaluru within 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order of this Hon'ble Court ; ii. Any other appropriate writ or direction, order as the Hon'ble court may be deems fit in the circumstances of the case. It is submitted that the MC is filed in the year 2017 and the same is pending before the IV Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru. 2. This MC pertains to the year 2017. Considering the fact that this MC is pending from the last eight years and already the directions are issued to the Family Courts to dispose of the matters till 2019 expeditiously, this court deems - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24416 WP No. 19621 of 2025 it appropriate to direct the family court to dispose of the matter within a period of four months. 3. This court is not proposing to issue notice to the respondent as disposal of the case is in the interest of both the parties. Accordingly, this court is passing the following: ORDER i. The IV Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru shall dispose of the matter within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. ii.
