The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not paying the amount as per the contract dated 23.03.2009 entered with the petitioner and cancelling the tender dated 19.09.2008 through his proceedings dated 03.10.2009 despite the petitioner completing the work of major CC drain as per the contract, as illegal, arbitrary. 2. On 24.03.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that he had given no objection long back and he has no instructions in the case and a memo was also filed to that effect vide USR No.31543 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025. 3. In view of the same, as no alternative arrangement has been made by the petitioner to represent the case, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
