(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 18.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, HRTC, Sarkaghat, learned counsel representing respondents states that sums of ₹14,99,058/- and ₹9,08,520/- stand paid to the petitioner vide Cheque Nos.352342 dated 18.11.2025 and 352343 dated 18.11.2025 on account of DCRG and leave encashment. She further states that interest, if any, on account of delayed payment shall be paid expeditiously. 2. In view of aforesaid, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that interest, if any, payable on account of delayed payment is released expeditiously, 2 preferably, within a period of six weeks, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the order/judgment.
