The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of Respondent No.5 in not responding to the Application submitted by the Writ Petitioner under the RTI Act, 2005 on 20.03.2025. It is also submitted by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner that the Writ Petitioner addressed reminder Letters on 14.06.2025 and on 07.07.2025, despite which the Respondent No.5 has not responded. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, and without going into merits, directing the Respondent No.5 to consider the Application submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 20.03.2025 and the subsequent reminders dated 14.06.2025 and 07.07.2025 (Ex.P.1) and respond to the same by passing a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today and convey the same to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 2. 3. 4.
