The above contempt case has been filed complaining of violation of the
order dated 29.04.2024 in W.P.No.9931 of 2024.
2. Heard Sri B. Dharani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri A. Vineeth, learned counsel representing Sri P. Venkata Sai Krishna,
learned counsel for the respondent.

The writ petition filed by the petitioners was disposed of on 29.04.2024, directing the Commissioner of Endowments to pass appropriate orders, taking into consideration the report of the Assistant Commissioner of Endowments on the representation made by the petitioner regarding deletion of property of an extent of Ac.0.21 cents in Sy.No.95/2 of Cherlopalli Revenue Village, C.K. Dinne Mandal, Kadapa Revenue Division, YSR District, within three months. Thereafter, a speaking
order was passed vide Proceedings No.M3/19024(35)/25/2022, dated 24.10.2024, by the respondent- Commissioner of Endowments.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent- Commissioner of Endowments has passed the aforementioned order, without considering the report submitted by the Assistant Commissioner, Endowments, dated 07.11.2022.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent- Commissioner of Endowments has considered the report of the Assistant
Commissioner, dated 07.11.2022 and passed the aforementioned speaking
order.
6. A perusal of the proceedings dated 24.10.2024, the respondent- Commissioner of Endowments, has considered the report of the Assistant Commissioner dated 07.11.2022. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 24.10.2024, the petitioner can challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
