The Court made the following order:-
The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in seeking dispossession of the petitioner from his property, situated in an extent of Ac.0.02 cents admeasuring 15 X 60 feet and in Sy.No.32, 33, 34, 35 and 46 bounded by North: Open place of Hanumakka, South: House of Lakshmakka, East: Well, West: R and B Road and an extent of Ac.0.03 cents in Sy.No.140-2 bounded by North: R and B Road, South: House of Savitramma, East: House of Umadevi, West: Road situated at HBN Colony, N.Gollahatti, H/o. Nidragatta Village, Amalapuram Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District Erstwhile Anantapur District, without issuing any notice or any proceedings and without following due procedure, as established under law.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5 filed counter asserting that Gram Panchayat was not interfered with the property of the petitioner, at any point of time and did not issue any notice to the petitioner and not intended to take any steps for dispossessing the petitioner from the subject property.

4. Basing on the assertions made in the counter, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property except by following the due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
