The parties are present-in-person before this Court. The parties are directed to appear before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of compromise. Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to verify the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties and submit his report. The petitioner is directed to deposit a cost of Rs.50,000/- in the account of the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur and submit the receipt thereof before this Court.
