Consequently, direct the 4th respondent to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law and to pass such....” 2. Heard Sri N A Ramachandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint given by the petitioner, preliminary enquiry was conducted. Thereafter, it came to light that the subject matter is of civil in nature and there is no truth in the allegations made. That is why, the police have not registered any case against the unofficial respondents. . 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
