Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Notice. Mr. L.N. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioner is serving as Headmaster at Government High School Kuther, U/c Government Senior Secondary School Jadera, which is stated to be a rural area. According to the petitioner, he has completed three years at the aforesaid station and has already completed the requisite tenure in the tribal area. The petitioner is due to retire in less than two years. His grievance is that, in view of the above facts and his adverse family circumstances, he submitted a representation on 28.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) to 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 respondent No.2/competent authority seeking his suitable adjustment, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
