The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari and set-aside the impugned order dated 12.03.2018 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Mugalsarai, District-Chandauli in Case No. T201214180400003 (State Vs Bhaggu and others) under section 189 of U.P.Z.A. & Land Reforms Act 1950. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to respondents authorities no. 2 to 4 not to interfere & disposes to the petitioner in unlawful manner from arazi no. 295/6 area 0.049 hectare, arazi no. 305 area 0.511 hectare & Arazi no. 306/2 area 0.332 hectare situated in village- Parorwa pargana- Ralhulpur Tehsil Mugal Sarai, District- Chandauli." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petition is highly belated and should not be entertained. It has also been submitted by learned Standing Counsel that the order is revisible. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
