When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State would submit that charge sheet is already filed in this matter. 3. Sri Dheera Kanishka, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of with a liberty to file a fresh petition. 4. Considering the submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet.
