Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over instructions received from Executive Engineer HPPWD Division Bharmour, District Chamba, H.P., in terms whereof, the petitioner is now being released revised and arrears of pension w.e.f. 01.08.2015. It is further mentioned in the instructions that the matter now rests with the office of the Accountant General for issuance of revised PPO and authorization of arrears. 2. In light of this development, these proceedings are closed with the observation that needful at the end of the Accountant General of Himachal Pradesh be done within a period of six weeks from today, failing which, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek the revival of these proceedings.
