The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not releasing the final bill amount of Rs.6,41,868/- for the works done by the Petitioner vide Agreement No.365/2023-24, dated 18.01.2024, which was recorded in M. Book No.368/23-24. 2. Heard Sri P. Kameswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Smt. Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2, 4 & 5. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2, 4 & 5 furnished a Xerox copy of Counter Affidavit filed by Respondent No.4 (wrongly shown as Counter Affidavit filed by the 2nd Respondent) stating that the Petitioner’s Bill was uploaded by the Respondent No.4-Municipality in CFMS Portal vide Bill No.2024- 1535748 for the approved net amount of Rs.6,27,534/- for the value of the work done by the Petitioner and the amount will be cleared on receipt of clearance from the Finance Department. 4. Recording the said submission and placing the Xerox copy of the Counter Affidavit on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to make payment to the Petitioner within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
