On earlier occasion when there was delay in preferring first appeals, it was condoned vide order dat ed 28.06.2022 on condition that the interest and the statutory benefits would be forfeited and subject to removal of office objection. For not removing the office objection again the appeals are dismissed. It is desirable to allow the applications by condoning the delay. 2.
