Mr. Piyush Agnihotri, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner seeks applicability of Devender Chauhan versus Himachal Road Transport Corporation2 and Gauri Lal versus Himachal Road 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2CWP No.3097/2014, decided on 01.04.2015. 2 Transport Corporation and another3 to claim overstayal allowance while posted in tribal area. 4. Admittedly, the petitioner has invoked extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India without even preferring any representation to the competent authority for the redresssal of his grievance raised in the writ petition. 5. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be preferring a representation within two weeks from today. In case, such representation is so preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within further period of six weeks. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The instant petition is disposed of in above terms. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
