Present applicant is in judicial custody in relation to FIR dated 19.10.2024 bearing FIR No. 0345 of 2024, registered at Police Station – Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar, wherein present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 103 (1), 127 (2), 3(5), 351 (2) BNS. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and in respect of the said incident, there is no eye witness though the incident was caused in the densely populated area of village and furthermore, charge- sheet has been filed without any FSL report and the applicant is in judicial custody since 20.10.2024. 5. On the previous date, State was directed to get copy of post-mortem report and charge-sheet. 6. Now, copy of postmortem report and chargesheet is placed before this Court including the statement of doctor and I have gone through the post mortem report and the statement of doctor and anti mortem injuries caused on deceased and after gone through with the post-mortem report and statement of the doctor, I do not find any merit in the instant bail application.
