Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record compliance affidavit, showing that the petitioner is getting revised pension by falling back on the order dated 16.12.2022 (Annexure RA-3), which is stated to have been passed in compliance of the judgment dated 20.04.2022, which is subject matter of present execution. It has been mentioned in the affidavit that revised pension has been paid, however, the affidavit is silent regarding issue of the arrears on account of the consolidation of pension/family pension, for the period from 01.01.2016 to 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 30.04.2022, which was to be paid in the manner to be decided by the respondent-Board. 2. Accordingly, we dispose of the present execution petition with further directions that the amount of arrears, if any, due, be paid within a period of two months from today, if not already paid. Necessary compliance affidavit be placed before the Registrar (Judicial) thereafter. Present Execution Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
