Case No. 41 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have duped several persons on the promise of getting them job. 4. It appears that the Informant has paid Rs. 1.20 lakh by Google Pay to the petitioner. It further appears that several persons have given huge amount of money to the petitioner. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
