This Court, vide order dated 17.12.2024, passed in MCRC No. 8818 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicants, namely, Jageshar Patel and Bheekham Patel, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 14 Civil Judge, Junior Division, Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.) through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 09.06.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, the trial is fixed for recording of prosecution evidence, and the summons have already been issued for the same, it appears that it is likely to take some time for concluding the trial. Therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
