2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education on behalf of the respondents is in attendance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further orders are required and the petition may be disposed of since the relief has become infructuous in this matter.
4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
