The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 603 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 409 & 420 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Latehar. 3. The petitioner who is an agent of Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited had collected EMI from several customers of the Finance Company and thereafter, misappropriated the money. 4. It is alleged that the petitioner has misappropriated about Rs.16,00,000/-. 5. Mr. Jitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about six months. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 7.
