By way of this application, a prayer has been made by applicant/respondent No.2 Master Tanuj Kumar to discharge his guardian on the ground that the applicant has attained the majority. In support of his contention, an affidavit has been sworn and a copy of matriculation certificate, issued by the H.P. Board of School Education has also been appended, according to which, the date of birth of the applicant is
14.2.2004.
There is no opposition to the application.
From the contents of the application, as also the documents appended therewith, I am convinced that the applicant/respondent No.2 Master Tanuj Kumar has attained the majority and is entitled to pursue his legal remedies by himself. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The guardian who earlier represented the applicant/respondent No.2 is discharged and the applicant is allowed to pursue his
remedies by himself. The application stands disposed of.

By way of this application, a prayer has been made by applicant/respondent No.3 Master Vishal to discharge his guardian on the ground that the applicant has attained the majority. In support of his contention, an affidavit has been sworn and a copy of matriculation certificate, issued by the H.P. Board of School Education has also been appended, according to which, the date of birth of the applicant is
28.10.2005.
There is no opposition to the application.
From the contents of the application, as also the documents appended therewith, I am convinced that the applicant/respondent No.3 Master Vishal has attained the majority and is entitled to pursue his legal remedies by himself. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The guardian who earlier represented the applicant/respondent No.3 is discharged and the applicant is allowed to pursue his remedies by himself. The application stands disposed of.
CMP No. 23818 of 2025
By way of this application, a prayer has been made to release the award amount lying in the share of applicant/respondent No.2 Tanuj Kumar.
As per the Registry, a sum of Rs. 7,88,296/- is lying in deposit in the share of the applicant/ respondent No.2.
The prayer is not opposed. Even otherwise, FAO No. 38 of 2018 stands finally disposed of vide
judgment dated 11.6.2018 and hence there appears no impediment in granting the prayer made in the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The amount lying deposit in the share of applicant/respondent No.2 along with proportionate interest accrued thereon till date is ordered to be released in his favour, by remitting the same to his bank account, details of which have been provided in para-7 of the application, after due verification. The application stands disposed of.

By way of this application, a prayer has been made to release the award amount lying in deposit in the share of applicant/respondent No.3 Vishal.
