Poddar, learned counsel is present for the claimant/ respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. 2. This interlocutory application has been preferred by the applicant/ Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd. with prayer for stay of the Judgment and Award dated 04.11.2024 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Morigaon in MAC Case No.53/2019. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the claimant/ respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 Page No.# 3/3 has raised no objection against stay of impugned order, if the compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs) along with interest is deposited by the Insurance Company. 4. I have considered the submissions at the Bar. 5. The Insurance Company is aggrieved by the multiplier used to calculate the compensation which has allegedly inflated the compensation amount. 6. Considering the submissions at the Bar, the operation of the Judgment and Award dated 04.11.2024 passed in MAC Case No.53/2019 is stayed until further order(s) subject to the condition that the insurance company deposits Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs) along with interest before the Registry of this Court within 06(six) weeks from today. 7. The claimant may thereafter withdraw the aforesaid amount from the Registry of this Court on proper verification of the claimants by the Registry. 8.
