There has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last 02 dates. The position remains unchanged today as well. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition. 3. The file has been perused, the challenge had been made on omnibus allegation that candidates who had the patronage of political persons have been selected despite having very low academic marks while the meritorious position of the petitioner has been ignored. 4. Short reply on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 had been filed on 23.1.2023 wherein it has been specifically averred that the petitioner had secured 40 marks, which are less than the last selected candidate in persons with disability category (VH), who had secured 57 marks.
