Ganjhu, A.P.P. ------ 02/10.01.2025 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 30/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of the I.P.C. and Sections 66(B)(C)(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Jamtara. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 6197/2024 vide order dated 09.09.2024. 4. On 06.05.2024, Cyber police Jamtara apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phone, e-gadgets and other articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. It appears that the SIM Card, which was used for cheating, recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2024. It was further submitted that no victim has come forward to state that the petitioner has cheated anybody. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 8. Considering aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 30/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
