The petitioner's grievance is that his representation dated 17.06.2022 marked at Annexure-K, representation dated 17.06.2022 marked at Annexure-M and the representation dated 17.06.2022 marked at Annexure-P are not considered by respondents No.1, 2 and 3 respectively. 2. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to interest on the delayed payment of salary. For this reason, he has submitted the representations. Said representations have not been considered. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 4. Since it is not in dispute that the petitioner is the employee of 1st respondent-Corporation, the representations submitted by the petitioner alleging non-payment of interest on account of alleged delayed payment of salary has to be considered in accordance with law. 5. Hence, the following: ORDER (a) The Writ Petition is allowed. (b) Respondents are directed to consider the representations marked at Annexures - K, M and P respectively within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order.
