Violation of Article 14,19,21 of the Constitution of India Consequently to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere into the Civil and Monetary disputes in between the petitioner and un official respondent nor Call for to the police station without registration of any F.I.R., and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3rd respondent not to call for to the police station nor harass nor interfere into the Civil and Monetary disputes in between the petitioner and un official respondent pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: RAVURI LEELA SAI SAMPATH Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…Pleased to Issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent police particularly the 3rd Respondent trying to interfere into the Civil and Monetary disputes in between the Petitioner and the Un-Official Respondent in connection with the same Continuously calling the Petitioner to attend police station and also pressurizing to settle the issue with the un-official respondent failing which threatened that they will arrest the petitioner without registration of any F.I.R., all are illegal, unlawful, violation of principles of natural justice. Violation of Article 14,19,21 of the Constitution of India Consequently to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere into the Civil and Monetary disputes in between the petitioner and un official respondent nor Call for to the police station without registration of any F.I.R., and to pass…”

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that, the 3rd respondent called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry through phone. After due enquiry, they found that there are civil disputes between parties and they are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station, since, no crime has been registered against him. There shall be no order as to costs.
