The present contempt petition has been filed under Section 2 (b) read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondent, who is guilty of having committed willful disobedience of the order dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-29301-2023. 2. Learned State counsel has stated that in compliance of the order dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-29301-2023, order dated 22.08.2024 has been passed, which has been annexed as Annexure R-1 along with reply dated 30.09.2024. 3. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 4. In view of the same, the present contempt petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
