From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of the Court regarding the disposal of Regular Criminal Case No. 25263/2013, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 11.07.2023.
3. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. -
