The death certificate produced by the appellant along with the present petition would indicate that the sole appellant is no more and the legal heir certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities, evidence that the present petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. Hence, this Court finds no impediment in allowing the petition. 4. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.17774 of 2022 is ordered, as prayed for.
