ORDER:
The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against them in S.C.No.381 of 2018 dated 29.09.2018 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Amalapuram for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 498-A, 384, 326-B, 307 r/w 34 of IPC & Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. Heard Sri Srinivasa Rao Pappu,
learned counsel for the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 and Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners by dispensing the presence of the petitioners before the Trial Court.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the presence of the petitioner Nos. 2 to 4/A2 to A4 before the Trial

Court is dispensed with, unless their presence is specifically directed by the Trial Court. The petitioners are at liberty to raise all their contentions before the Trial Court and the Trial Judge may appreciate them and take appropriate decisions according to law.
