07/22.07.2025 The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition in terms with the settlement arrived at between the petitioner as well as the respondent no. 6 (landlord) and the respondent no. 7 (developer) on 10.02.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a settlement was arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent nos. 6 and 7 on 10.02.2025. As per the terms of the settlement, the petitioner has agreed to shift on absolute ownership basis to Shop Nos. 13 and 14 on the ground floor of the new premises i.e., R. Ali Grand Mall, Main Road, Ranchi (a copy of the

settlement/agreement dated 10.02.2025 has been annexed as Annexure-3 to the present interlocutory application).

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 6 and 7 accepts that an agreement dated 10.02.2025 (Annexure-3 to the present interlocutory application) has been entered between the parties.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, particularly the petitioner and the respondent nos. 6 & 7 as well as for the reasons stated in the present interlocutory application, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

The present interlocutory application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed in I.A. No. 3054 of 2025, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
7. Interim order dated 31.01.2024 stands vacated.
