This is an application for condonation of delay of 25 days caused in filing the criminal revision application. 2. Learned counsel pointed out that, reasons for delay are spelt out in paragraph nos.4, 5 and 6 of the application and stated that there is no deliberate and intentional delay. That, there is a good case in revision and therefore, in the interest of fair opportunity, delay so caused is sought to be condoned. 3.
