At the outset, Ms. Shruti Shreshta, learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 has sought for leave of this Court to file supplementary show cause. 2. The supplementary show cause filed on behalf of O.P. No. 2, has submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court fresh authority letter dated 27.01.2025 has been issued in favour of petitioner towards arrears of pay and allowances and a sum of Rs. 80,42,919/- has been sanctioned in favour of petitioner and the same has been forwarded to the Ranchi Treasury. 4.
