Order dated 17.04.2025 passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge - Special Judge for Thai of offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P.No.862 of 2025 in Crime No. 45 of 2025 of Kasimkota Police Station. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the Police registered a Crime No.45 of 2025 against the Petitioner/ Accused contraband was in possession and recovered the No.1 alleging that 6 Kgs of ' same. 3. Mr. D. Ramakoteshwar Rao, learned submits that the Petitioner has not committed implicated in the case. The Petitioner counsel for the Petitioner, any offence, he was falsely was enlarged on bail dated 17.04.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.862 of 2025 by learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge - Special Judge for Trial of offences Visakhapatnam, on his execution of personal bond for under NDPS Act, Rs. 50,000/- with two XII Additional Judicial sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the magistrate of I Class, Anakapalli and other conditions. 4.
