Upadhyay, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Tej Bhan Singh, Advocate for Respondents-4 and 5. 2. Petitioner was retired after attaining age of superannuation in the year 2020 and is getting pension. However, at a belated stage, i.e., after about five years, he has approached this Court that his fixation of pension was incorrect and sought its re-fixation. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner refers a recent representation filed on 11.11.2024, however, no representation from 2020 to 2023 is placed on record. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondents-4 and 5 submits that fixation was correct and in writ petition no ground is mentioned how fixation was wrong. 5. I have considered the above submissions. However, considering that the issue is with regard to fixation of pension, therefore, though petitioner has approached this Court at a belated stage, still this writ petition is disposed of with observation that if petitioner files a fresh detail representation mentioning facts and law that how his earlier fixation was wrong and hand over the same to Respondent-5, i.e., Finance and Accounts Officer, posted in the Office of District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur, within a period of two weeks from today, the said respondent will provide a receipt of same and decide it in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
