The petitioner has been made accused in connection with RPF Post Garhwa Road Case No. 09/2024, for the offences registered under Section 03 of the RP (UP) Act, pending in the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. 3. It was submitted that the Railway track clips were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is a scrap dealer and he had purchased Railway clips. It was further submitted that the offence alleged is punishable for a period of one year. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau in connection with RPF Post Garhwa Road Case No. 09/2024.
