Mr. Ankit Dhiman, Advocate, for the respondent. The application for condonation of delay has been preferred by the applicants-appellants for justifying the delay of 243 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 22.04.2024. The application has been opposed by filing reply by the respondent. That after the order was passed on 27.04.2024, the copy of judgment was received on 13.06.2024 and sent to the concerned Branch on 26.06.2024. The matter was taken up with State on 16.11.2024 and approval was received on 18.12.2024. LPA was prepared on 15.01.2025 and sent to the office of the Advocate General on 30.01.2025 for vetting and finally LPA was filed on 10.03.2025. Keeping in view the averments made in the application and the settled principles of law laid down in Collector, Land Acquisition, Anantnag Vs. Smt. Katiji and others, (1987) 2 SCC 107, that each and every day’s delay is not to be explained, we are of the considered opinion that the application is liable to be allowed as sufficient cause has been made out. Accordingly, the application is allowed and delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Application is disposed of. LPA No. of 2026 Appeal be registered. List along with LPA No.258 of 2026 (G.S.
