ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the orders of 4th Respondent vide Memo No.1/2017-18, Dt.06.10.2017 in terminating the petitioner from services of Anganwadi Worker, Sanjay Nagar-1, Dharmavaram,

Anantapur District is illegal and arbitrary and consequently set aside the same.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Aswartha Narayana,
learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018, dated 19.06.2018, the Petitioner was continued in service as an Anganwadi Worker.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of and the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018, dated 19.06.2018, is made absolute. However, it does not preclude the Respondents-Authorities to take appropriate action against the Petitioner by following the procedure according to governing rules and law. There shall be no order as to costs.
