This bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioner under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S, 2023 against the order dated 02.09.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge No.1, Kota in connection with FIR No.341/2023, registered at Police Station Mahaveer Nagar, District Kota City for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC by which the bail application of the accused-petitioner under Section 482 of B.N.S.S. has been dismissed. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the latest factual report dated 17.01.2025, which clearly reveals that in this matter, the transaction between the parties has been found to be civil in nature, therefore, negative Final Report bearing registration [2025:RJ-JP:10710] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-11469/2024] No.189 dated 19.12.2024 on the ground of civil nature has been prepared. The report dated 17.01.2025 is taken on record. 3. In view of the latest factual report dated 17.01.2025 and the negative Final Report dated 19.12.2024, this criminal misc. petition is disposed of as being rendered infructuous. 4.
