The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Sadar, District Jaunpur (respondent no. 3) to vacate the Chak Marg situated at Araji No. 1329/59 Hectare, 1330 M./061 Hectare of Navin Parti and Arazi No. 1333/0.4 Hectare of Drainage Mauja- Sehmalpur, Tehsil-Sadar, District Jaunpur encroached by the respondent no. 4." 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is the complainant and is not party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the proceedings cannot be expedited at his behest. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Since the proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 6.
