ANCHA PANDURANGA RAO The Court made the following: 2 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.15806 of 2017 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 1st respondent in interfering with the business of the petitioner thereby removing the advertisement hoardings erected/installed by the petitioner at various junctions in Rajahmundry without any notice while insisting to pay the advertisement tax for the period 2013-2014 even though the commencement of operations of traffic signals and advertisement hoardings started from July 2014 pending the suit in O.S.No.188 of 2016 on the file of 1st District Judge, East Godavari, Rajamahendravaram as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to law apart from being in violation of the provisions contemplated under the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the business and advertisement hoardings of the petitioner. 2. It is represented by Ms. K.Tanusha, learned counsel, representing Sri P. Badrinath, learned counsel for the petitioner that no cause survives for adjudication in the present petition. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
