This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 20.1.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 17 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 333 of B.N.S., P.S. Naugawa Sadat, District Amroha. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 4. Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 52 of 2025 dated 6.3.2025 has already been submitted. 5.
