WRIT PETITION NO.22287 of 2024 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 and 3 in not permitting the Petitioner institution to participate in the APEDCET 2024 counselling despite having obtained recognition from the 4th Respondent, NCTE vide orders dated 23-01-2024 and affiliation for the academic year 2024-25 from the 5th Respondent University vide order dated 19-09-2024 and also the tuition fee is notified by the 1st Respondent and communicated the same to the 2nd Respondent vide Letter No. 2419535/HE- RM/A2/2024, dated 03- 05-2024 for the academic years 2023-26, without there being any reason, as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India against to the principles of the Natural Justice and consequently permit the Petitioner Institution to participate in the APEDCETT 2024 counselling and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case.”
2. Mr.Mathukumilli Srivijay, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that in view of the interim orders, dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court, no further orders are required in this matter and hence, prayed to close the writ petition and also endorsed the same on the bundle.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
