Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by both the learned counsel that subsequent to filing of the present Contempt Case, the petitioners withdrew WP No.26228 of 2014 and, accordingly, by an order of this Court dated 31.10.2017, the said Writ Petition was dismissed as withdrawn and the interim order granted on 09.09.2014 in WPMP No.32800 of 2014 in WP No.26228 of 2014 was vacated. Hence, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Contempt Case. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
