Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the impugned order of suspension dated 06.02.2025 was passed as he had been arrested pursuant to the allegations in connection with Crime No. 11 of 2025 and remanded to judicial custody from 06.02.2025 to 13.03.2025. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that case of the Petitioner would be reviewed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 School Education (Services.II) Department dated 20.05.2025. 4. Taking note of the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3 Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22 dated 20.05.2025.
