In the instant appeal, the Coordinate Bench, vide order dated 06.08.2024, directed deposit of ₹30,000/- towards litigation expenses, subject to which notices were issued to the respondents. On 06.03.2025, this Court granted two weeks’ further time and directed that in case of default, the appeal would stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court. 3. The Registrar (Judicial), relying on the Section Officer (Cash Section) report dated 28.03.2025, to the effect that no amount had been deposited in compliance of the Court’s order, consigned the record. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant had, in fact, deposited the amount on 20.03.2025 in the respondent’s account, and the transaction details of such deposit are annexed with the restoration application. 5.
