Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No.383 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1143 of 2024 arising out of Chalkusa P.S. Case No. 11 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 364A, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribag. On 14.02.2024, son of the informant was abducted for ransom. From the impugned order, it appears that on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner, dead body of the deceased was recovered from Telaiya Dam.
